    A digital proof arrives in 2 business days — including your Pet Portrait if selected. Approve or request adjustments.
  3. Crafted & Shipped with Care 📦
    Once approved, our artists bring your design to life.
  • Standard products: 3–7 business days.
  • Tufting products: up to 14 business days.

Timeline:

Design → Production → Shipping

You’ll receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours (production starts once approved, or automatically after 24 hours if no reply is received).

  • Process time: 3–7 business days (Tufting items might take up up to 14 business days）
  • Shipping times:
    • US & Canada: 4–14 business days
    • Australia\New Zealand\UK : 7–14 business days
    Shipping may take longer during peak seasons, and remote areas may require extra time. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

Shipping Cost

We offer $8.90 flat-rate shipping on all orders and free shipping for orders over $100.
Most items ship together, though some may ship separately to speed up delivery.
