You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business days (production starts once approved, or automatically after 24 hours if no reply is received).

  • Process time: 3–7 business days (Tufting items might take up to 14 business days）
  • Shipping times:
    • US & Canada: 4–14 business days
    • Australia\New Zealand\UK : 7–14 business days
    Shipping may take longer during peak seasons, and remote areas may require extra time. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
