You will receive a digital proof of your design within 2 business days (usually within 24 hours). Please review and reply within 24 hours.

  • If no response is received, we will proceed with the design as shown.
  • Processing time begins once the design is approved, or if no reply is received, 3 business days after the order is placed.

We currently ship to US & Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping)

Processing Time

Standard products: 3–7 business days

Tufting products: up to 14 business days
Processing may extend slightly during peak holiday periods.

Shipping Time

  • United States & Canada: 4–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Remote areas may require additional time.Processing may extend slightly during high-volume seasons (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday). If you need your order urgently, you may leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to help.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Fees

  • $8.90 flat-rate shipping on all orders
  • Free shipping for orders over $100

Shipping Arrangement

Most items are shipped together in one package.
In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
If multiple parcels are sent, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
For shipments to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

To avoid delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery, please:

  • Provide a valid email address and mobile number at checkout
  • Note that delivery may fail—and cannot be compensated—if the mobile number field is left blank
  • Avoid PO Box / BFPO addresses when selecting express shipping
  • Include a complete and accurate address, including apartment or unit numbers
  • Be aware that tracking often updates fully only after your package arrives in your destination country; allow 5–7 additional days after arrival for final delivery

Non-delivery or additional shipping fees caused by incomplete or incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes, Address Updates & Delivery Issues

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hrs with your order number. After 24hours, Production may have begun, and modifications may not be available

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, or if it is returned due to delivery issues such as incomplete address or recipient unavailability, please contact us within 7 days at service@thepawject.com.
Reshipping fees may apply for packages returned due to address errors or delivery failures.

Sending Gifts

You may ship orders directly to gift recipients. No invoices or pricing information are included in any package.
