Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or change your reference photo, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once our artists have started illustrating your pet's portrait, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Revisions & Corrections
We want you to absolutely love your custom Pawject wallpaper! If we made a mistake (like misspelling your pet's name) or if you are unhappy with a specific detail in the illustration, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your preview. We are happy to provide minor revisions to ensure it’s perfect.

(Please note: Requesting a completely new pose or changing the original reference photo after the illustration is complete is not considered a minor revision and may require a new order).
