If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you. We partner with trusted carriers to bring custom pet keepsakes to pet lovers around the globe.

Order Processing

Every piece is custom-made just for you.

Because our products are personalized, production begins once we receive your order details and, where applicable, your artwork has been finalized.

Estimated Processing Times

• Most Products: 3–7 Business Days

• Custom Tufting Products: Up to 14 Business Days

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events.

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• North America: 6–10 Business Days

• United Kingdom & Europe: 6–10 Business Days

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–13 Business Days

• Rest of World: 10–20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, and carrier delays may occasionally affect transit times.

From time to time, The Pawject may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts. Any applicable offers will automatically be applied at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been dispatched.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on the product type, production process, or fulfillment location.

If this happens, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has been shipped.

The Pawject is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.
